    Carbs for me

    I think you're right. Low or lower carbs, good fats as necessary but not to excess snd plenty of healthy vegetables. Thats got to be the way and trying to vary and make sd exciting as possible to maintain interest. Not easy but do-able with determination. Sent from the Diabetes Forum App
