Hi I am type 2 ok so I stopped having sugar and cut back on cakes etc, missed sugar in my tea so got told to try SPLENDA/SUCRALOSE QUESTION? Does anyone get RED/WHITE SPOTS ON FACE/NECK?????? Have HOT FLUSH ON FACE/NECK WITH TAKING THESE SUGAR SUPPLEMENTS OR IS IT JUST ME??

Difficult to describe really it's salty and tastes a bit like Bovril another favorite way for me to have it is on toast with a poached egg on top Thanks will try anything to get rid of the clicking ouch! Will let you know.

Hi I got diagnosed type 2 just diet before Christmas, before then in fact I have noticed in the past couple of years my knuckles/fingers clicked and only recently my knees and elbows, I got told to try Marmite but alas hate it so if any other please let me know.
