So today I had indian take out (biryani) wanted to check if good or bad for me... Bg went 10.5... 2 hours after eating... So I decided to walk for 20mins and then checked in 30mins my bs had gone up to 11.5.. I thought walking was good to bring sugar down ? :( Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

Welcome to the forum... I'm new ish here too... I was diagnosed at 26 t2, put on 2 metformin a day... I only took them for a week or so because I got control of my levels without it... But that's just my part of story not advising u to do same... I'm still overweight. Stress could be the reason...

i was diagnosed in july last year with HbA1c 10.6%(91mmol) :banghead: just got report from yesterdays test... its now 6.3%(45).... very pleased and it has certainly made my day.... i am heading in the right direction :happy:
