    Sorry [emoji51] it was amazing it has to be said . I originally had 2 slices tested 2 hrs later and it was 5.7 [emoji33] Instead of thinking oh that's because I've not eaten a huge portion I had more . And more. And MORE! [emoji1751]

    2 hrs later it's 7.2 Please remind me if I have this straight. That's a "good" raise right? It's the general level that's bad.

    I've had a look around the site and I think the main change seems to be to watch the fat amounts and focus on protein. There are mentions of calories which I'm sure is new too. What I cannot grasp is if the research into fat and health has driven this or it's about appealing to a wider audience.

    Not been looking after myself and after buying test strips I had reading of 9.7 2hrs after a meal with moderate carbs and 7.6 in after a low carb meal. Time to go very low carb I think. My body feels damaged. Sigh
