flours

Hi someone said use nut flours instead of wheat flour, (I think it was CollieBoy, but maybe not) so I was just in Sainsbury's a hour or so ago so I asked about Nut Flours - a nice girl took me round to an aisle, and there was Peanut Flour and Coconut Flour - is that the kind of thing? Cos boy...
