Imho, sometimes life and social life is as important as bg control. If only for the mental health benefits. You can resume good habits when you get home, and minimise timing issues by mostly eating low carb. Don't beat yourself up, but also don't use it as an excuse to go totally off the rails. Youve got thisIt's been tough as we are visiting family. So much is out of my control. I'm doing what I can, but with the sad realization I could be doing better.
Hi, I have been doing this for 2 years now. I stop eating before 7PM and i will only drink tea or water after that. The next time i eat will be 12pm the next day Monday to Friday. I have Saturday off after Friday night drinks and back on it Sunday 7PM. To date i have lost 4.5 stone. Hope this helpsWho will join me?
I intend to do this for the rest of January- 10 days and hopefully I’ll have broken the habit by then and carry on.
I‘m not hungry, I suspect I’m bored and it’s becoming a habit. So I thought if there were a few of us that struggle with this it would be good to record our successes and make suggestions on how we coped.
