1 mile run

Let me know one thing in how much do you complete your 1 mile run (link deactivated)
I usually take 7 to 9 minutes to complete run.. what about you..??

About an hour. Never been a runner but enjoy walking and can walk for miles.
 
lol. I'm with noblehead! I can walk it in about 16-17 minutes, does that count? My family (husband and 2 sons) generally do 8 minute miles. They aren't diabetic.

Still 43-44 minutes quicker than me.......
 
Could not run it but walk a mil in 15 mins...3 miles in 3/4 of an hour....
 
Up hill or down hill? I live in the Pennines and we don't have flat bits.
 
1 mile 5-6 minutes
40 miles 7hrs 50.

It's not a single mile that counts, it's the next one, and the next.
You need to put this in context.
