Barbara Young on http://www.politics.co.uk/comment-analysis/2011/11/02/comment-diabetes-the-crisis mentions that Diabetes UK has produced the 15 measures, a 15-point checklist outlining what annual checks you should be receiving and the results recorded. I have been unable to locate this checklist on the www.diabetes.co.uk website. Where is the check list ?

That is because we are not Diabetes UK. They are a different organisation - a charity. You can find them easily if you google them.

I don't know about that charity producing the guidelines, but I certainly got given that checklist by my health team last year. It's basically the NHS checklist.
