19 Fat Burning Foods

How many time did You look for the miracle food for weight loss? Maybe with exotic name and fancy look? Well, maybe you’re forgetting those commonly available foods, often undervalued but second to none in terms of detox and metabolism booster qualities. here’s a list of 19 of them!

1.Gralic. Lots of minerals, enzymes and aminoacids; Vitamins A,B1,B2,B6,B12,C,D. Only 41 KCAL per 100 grams. Helps reactivate Your metabolism while keeping the cholesterol to rock low levels.

2. Banana. Sugars with little fats. Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Vitamins: A,C, Tannin and Serotonin. Only 66 Kcal per 100 grams. A great appetite suppressant snack.

soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
I don't believe in "Fat burning foods". Just in adequate nutrition and not eating more than Ineed of anything, particularly carbs

I'd say this would be good eating for non diabetics, but too carby for us, or me anyway

GP's, Diabetes Nurses.Crazy NHS guidelines on diet for Diabetics, they are seeing off millions.
Cheap Whisky !
A diabetic nightmare.
And what is gralic ? No. 1
I feel an advertisement coming on !

I can't say they aid in weight loss but I do eat many of those foods, Gralic....or garlic as it's better know is a great superfood, it tastes great too :thumbup:

avoid caffeinated drinks and other stimulating elements, restrict milk products and red meat....

Yap really useful post. I want add here some more.
Flax seed is good in salad & on broiled or charcoaled meats.
Green Tea drink every day.
Grapefruit fresh peel and eat the segments at least 1 or 2 for each week.
Pineapple fresh or if canned use no sugar or light syrup once or twice per week.
Low fat milk, yogurt, cheese or dairy products- one to three servings daily.
Oats, barley & whole grain products 2-3 servings daily.
Lean meats especially turkey, chicken, salmon & white albacore tuna- 1-2 servings daily.
Hot peppers as tolerated the capsaicin speeds the metabolism.
Berries (fresh) in season 1 cup daily.
