Don't like the way they are killed and cooked. Save our Scallops. SOS !!!
Also HATE evaporated milk.
2 programmes on TV tonight which although aren't really diabetes related are about losing weight.

Tonight at 7.30 in ITV.

To Diet or Not to Diet?: Tonight
More than half the adult population have tried to slim down in the past 12 months and many have made New Year's resolutions to lose weight in 2014. However, experts warn that obesity in the UK is only going to get worse. Jonathan Maitland asks what's going wrong, looking at whether dieting really works in the long-term

Horizon at 11.20 on BBC 2.

Horizon: Sugar v Fat
Doctors Chris and Xand van Tulleken, who are identical twins, go on month-long diets comprising high volumes of fat or sugar to find out which is worse for the human body. The effects on their health are both shocking and surprising, but they also discover their biggest enemy may have been hiding in plain sight

Should be interesting... Both will probably be available on various catch up players.
