It was great to find this valuable resource BUT the text colour combinations are more than challenging for me. In particular THE important diabetic information is nearly invisible.

I have tried converting the download to black and white BUT no improvemnts.

If anyone has a ledgible copy please contact me.

If the book is a pdf and you have a 'print to pdf' printer installed (which comes standard on windows) and you have adobe reader, you should be able to print the book in greyscale mode and output it as a new pdf file. If you are Edge to view the pdf, then it should provide a similar option. (Firefox does not allow this and not sure about other browsers/pdf viewers)
