Hi, I'm Lynn & have been diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes for about 10 years now .Mum & Nan both had the same condition . I also have Coeliac disease & Fibromyalgia amongst other ailments .
Welcome Lynn, welcome to the "family". This is a fantastic group and very helpful in many ways, so if you need any help just ask away and I'm sure you will receive some good advice from the members. Just one thing to remember you will get loads of advice and it can be overwhelming at times, just take your time and use advice that suits you!! I have learnt so much on here, first thing I did was buy a Blood Glucose (BG) meter (I got the codefree one off e-bay good price and strips are reasonable as well) I went from there!
I struggle sometimes , have just come out of hospital after major throat surgery,& problems with irregular heart beat & low oxygen during surgery.Hopefully will start to feel lots better soon ,Thanks <3
