it's been six weeks a diabetes. have lost 17lbs but fall off the wagon at weekends and binge on things I shouldn't. I eat well I'm tired and eat bad too and I'm tired. feel like I'll never get my head around this and doctors aren't very helpful. still don't meet a diet doctor until may...can't carry on with two small kids and a life to carry on with & feel tired, depressed and just giving up day by day!!!

Hi there! 17lbs is great! How much more do you need to lose? Thee are plenty of different diets out there. Which one do you follow?

It can be difficult at first. Once you are in control of your diabetes you will start to feel better. Well done on the weight loss - that is excellent and will certainly help with your symptoms.

Depression effects most of us so you are not on your own - so please don't feel like you are. We are here if you need to talk.
