7 & 30 day menu pdf

Hello

I have downloaded the 7 & 30 day menu/recipes plans pdf.
Under Snow Leopard Mac OS X, the pdfs are unreadable.
I have attached a screenshot of the problem.
Would anyone have pdf which are readable on Snow Leopard Mac OS X?

my signature has been removed by the management. I can no longer have a separate signature. I have the distinct impression that I am not wanted here.

I've just replied to tag on @Giverny , who is pivotal on all things website. I doubt she'll be around on a Sunday, but if she can't help herself, hopefully she will pass your requestion to someone else. It's probably worth tagging @Administrator too.

Err, a PDF is the same on all operating systems. Have you downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader? It looks like you are trying to read those in the Preview application.

It's the starvation menu plan! - you can see some of the stuff you can have but not read all the ingredients! (Sorry I'm not helping am I? )
