Thanks to everyone that has answered questions for me and for being here. Feel so reassured knowing your support is always here especially when those dark moments creep up. Happy New Year love Coco x ;)
 
Happy new year from a very noisy and wonderful Merseyside. The fireworks just won't stop!! Yay!

Hi. Was just searching to see if there was anything I could do to quickly lower blood sugar reading. Was out at a birthday do and stupidly had dessert. Came home and tested - 19.8. Quickly got shoes back on and went for a 10 min brisk walk - retested at 16.6. I know we all need to take this seriously but I do fall off the wagon quite often so must make this my New Year Resolution - NO MORE DESSERTS! I found your posts and the relies very helpful.
