Hi all
I am a type 1 diabetic and have been for 13 years.
I am also a medical students and I am doing a project into the provisions of support and resources for people aged 16-25 living with diabetes. Especially into moving to uni, getting a job and creating new chapters in your life.
I was wondering if you could take a 5 minute survey so that I can collect some data and possibly use it to create a resource for this age range and hopefully distribute it to the hospitals.
