the DN was so shocked and surprised at how well done i have been
she did ask how often i was testing, and she said to only test every few days, but i will carry on testing the way i have been doing
 
Well done Ally, those results are AMAZING. You must be dancing round the room. All your hard work has paid off, and what a weight loss!! You were only saying yesterday you didn't think you'd lost much .... two and a half stones!!!!!! 35 pound packets of lard gone!!!
 
Thats a huge lard loss when you think about it in those terms....

Well done Ally for NOT listening to DSN ref testing....
 
Years ago at Weight Watchers were shown a real cow's udder, which weighed one pound. Revolting looking thing, and you have lost 35 of them!
