Another upset. Phillip Lee.

This MP/GP has now upset the Pharmacists by referring to their job as "counting smarties".

Pharmacy's professional leaders have labelled Phillip Lee as misinformed and out of touch and plain wrong after he likened dispensing medicines in pharmacies as counting smarties.

Every Pharmacist that I have ever spoken to is very knowledgable about anything related to medicines.
 


Personally I think it's time someone reported him to the GMC for incompetence.
 
Judging by the one nearest to me that seems to change staff on a monthly basis if not sooner, I tend to agree with that MP/GP. Many can barely speak English and I know several people who have been forced to call back due to shortage or given misleading information. The problem is compounded as the checker is just as bad as the dispenser or even worse.
I've stopped using that pharmacy and go 1/4 mile further onwards to Boots where its a much better service with definately more time for the customer/patient and they keep more stock.
 
He certainly seems to be suffering from chronic foot and mouth disease recently doesnt he :lol:
 

My diagnosis is that he's suffering from Acute Narcisistic Personality Disorder with Delusions of Grandeur. :thumbdown:

He obviously believes in the old saying, "there's no such thing as bad publicity". What a media wh*re :twisted:
