Does anyone know of any decent recepiee shows on youtube fir low carb diets?

I was looking for breakfast ideas and nearly every show had muffins, toast or lots of fruit. One even had roast potatoes!!

They seem to equate diabetic diet with vegetarian diet.

There are heaps of low carb and keto channels on Youtube. Drop the word "diabetes" from any search - also don't buy any food product that says "suitable for diabetics" as the food will most likely be anything but suitable

Twosleevers does a lot on YouTube. Not all of her stuff is LC, but lots is, and keto. She doesn't live with T2, but is post-weight reduction surgery, so careful with her eating.

She's a very inventive cook. Sometimes she's using gadgets you may or may not have, but more often than not, recipes will have alternative methods too.

Her food is really delicious.
