Anyone else on the A.S.C.E.N.D Study Pills?

Richard Doll University of Oxford are doing a trial called A S C E N D (A Study in Cardiovascular Events iN Diabetes

Just wondered if anyone else is trialling this? I have been involved with it since 2007

Do you find the cardboard pack the pills are in difficult to pop open?

Whoops must have missed this, sorry Cumberland.....yes actually sometimes I do! It's better quality packing I think, the foil is unusually tough but not thought of it as an issue just pop and then the additional press - this is unlike dome medication that I take where I frequently pop and and almost swallow the foil circle that detaches at the same time. Even the outer packing is superb
