Hey, so I've posted here about my food addiction and I feel that the way to kick is a group effort if that makes sense.
So I was thinking of creating a group of people who need to lose weight and swapping meals and meal plans in attempt to lose weight and at the end of each week we will see how much each one of us has lost and use it as a group number and watch the pounds fall off!
