Are my levels too low

4.8 before tea 2 hours after 6.8 then twenty mins exercise and its dropped to 3.0

Doc said if it gets below 3.0 seek medical advice feel fine in my self but am I doing too much exercise

Not too much exercise, just probably not preparing for it. Not sure whether you're insulin dependant or not so can only offer limited advice but as a rule of thumb, do not attempt strenuous cardio if BS below 7. If you take insulin, lower dose prior to workout. If not, eat some fast acting carbs ( cereal bar ? ) prior to workout. Try to test your blood after exercise and act accordingly. Exercise is key to good health, adjust to the workout, not the other way around ;-)

Thanks for the reply

just on tablets Metformin and Gliclazide done exercise 2 hrs after main meal problem is highest BS now seems to be around 6.8 so how would be the best way then to prepare for exercise
