My wife these days breastfeeds our pet naturally but I heard that she should avoid eating fruits

In fact, I do not have any information to confirm that

I have decided to ask my question to you. Perhaps I find here who has this experience or has some information about it

Are there foods that are forbidden to the breastfeeding mother?

My guess is the same or similar foods that you were warned about during pregnancy.
Again is is only a guess: eating soft cheeses, handling raw meat etc.
best to check with a nurse or doctor.

I see you're in Morocco - I was told many moons ago that when visiting hot countries not to eat unwashed fruit, maybe that's where your fruit 'ban' comes from?

Some doctors warn against eating fruits
She drinks soy milk. She gives her more milk

Maybe you're right, especially here they use dangerous pesticides and sometimes they are banned

When I breastfed my three children I was told to avoid fruit as it goes through the milk and can loosen the babys poo. I ignored them and was fine. It is a pervasive belief though.

Making sure I had enough to drink was important.
