The thread title was meant to be tongue-in-cheek....No quinoa sounds a bit like a first world problem. I managed to survive for 60 years before I even heard of quinoa.
Now that's a clever idea -- it's all about fooling the brain (and mine is easily fooled)I sometimes use bean sprouts as a noodle look alike!

Yes - in a wayWeak? Don’t be daft, I’m the epitome of weak! I still have to control my food addiction urges but it’s just slightly easier n the absence of carbs.

Cauliflower rice would undoubtedly be the best option but I don't like the taste.
