URGENT & IMPORTANT!
The Aylesbury Vale Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) - the organisation that controls how and where the NHS budget is spent within the area - are holding a public forum TONIGHT (Thursday, Feb 13th) from 5.30pm to 7pm for the purposes of getting your views and feedback on how and where the money should be spent and where improvements should be made.
The forum will be held in: The Diamond Room, AVDC Offices, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury HP19 8FF. If you can attend, please do so as this is a really useful opportunity to direct the mandarins towards better diabetes services in the area (currently, they're average).
I will be going and raising the need for some CGMs at Stoke Mandeville Hospital as well as the need to increase funding for diabetes education and support services.
If you can attend do so - as your voice will add strength to the argument. If you can't attend, please feedback your needs and desires via their online survey:
