This is unfortunately pretty common! Check first using the test solution for your meters, then carry out the test!!!!

What does my head in with these manufacturers is their after care support!

I have one of the One Touch Ultra smart machines which you are supposed to link up to your PC and download various graphs etc. It was really good when I was on XP. Now I'm on VISTA which, let face it has been available for well over 12 months, they STILL havent provided a new driver! I was told in April it would be June, then Jubne it would be available in November, now November it is planned for Feb 08! I think its diabolical and even complaints to the manufacturers does no good. These firms are in it for profit - lets face it! Its not health care unfortunately. I bought this to help control my **** BS. Waste of time may as well have bought a bog standard one really!

I think people should blame MicroSoft for introducing Vista when we didn't need it rather than blame pharma companies who every time MicroSoft sneezes, they catch cold and have to run to stand still.
