after a blip last month when I was playing with my insulin dosage, my A1CNow home HBA1C test has fallen to it's lowest level yet of 5.5 %
I have been correcting the home readings up by 0.3% as I think it's under-reading slightly, so hopefully I am now in the 5% club properly. Blood test at the end of November will tell me for sure.
I think the running is what's helped as my diet is unchanged - must now do more running !
