The weight loss drug Orlistat, also known as Alli and Xenical, should be banned because of increasing evidence that it causes liver damage, kidney stones and pancreatitis says Public Citizen, a U.S. Consumer Advocacy Group.

PC also called for a ban of this drug way back and a ban on the OTC version in 2006. They have had concerns about it ever since it was introduced years earlier. Does make you wonder about its safety ?
