Basal insulin

Have used levemir and found it did not work for me then a few weeks back was changed to lantus which initially worked well but then started to go the same way .Rang DNS today and shes going to see me next week to review but I dont want to stay on it as in just the few weeks have gone downhill with stomach pain and now depression which is not like me at all. Question is what basal could be the next step and this rules out tresiba as our trust only gives it in very special circumstances
Any experience like this ?

I would have though that yours are special circumstances, ask the DSN to make a case for you, if they can't ask the consultant to intervene.
