I've been doing it since Monday, dropped around 8 lbs as of tonight. Blood glucose hasn't been above 7 all week, FBG has been between 4 - 5.8 according to my CGM.
First couple of days were difficult when I could smell food, my stomach angry rumbling but I think I've got used to it now. Not really been that hungry the past couple of days. The shakes, soups and porridges are quite nice, I wish I had selected more porridge as it's delicious. Shakes are really nice too, personally for me the soups seem a little powdery even after a good stir and even try blending.
So far so good
