It's been sooo long since I even browsed the forum, logged on and even posted here!
So much has changed (profile update needed)..
I've had a very rough time since I last was on here regular. I'm still on the pump but my HBA1c is much higher than desired. Truth is when things got hard something had to give and at the time it was diabetes that took the back seat. I got an infection last month which tipped me over the edge and sent me into severe DKA which earned me a late night A&E visit and a long hospital stay, which has been the wake up call I've needed for a while.
So I've decided to return for a little inspiration and some much needed talk/discussion with those that can emphasise not just sympathise.
So I thought i'd say hi and head off to do some reading, maybe some posting in other parts. Ciaooooo
