Never tried them Claire although I've seen them in the supermarkets. I suppose you won't know what effect they'll have on your bg until you've tried them, I like something more filling in a morning so tend to stick with porridge, at 8g of carbs per biscuit they could come in handy when dropping down into the low 4's :thumbup:
Hi claire. I have 2 biscuits for my 10.30 snack at work and when I test my levels for lunch at 1 they are usually around 5.4 so they work great for me.
Well I tried them yesterday and found them to be great the sugar content wasn't too high in the flavour I picked and I found my BG ran around 6.2 all day so happy days
