Hi Guys,
I am currently being treated as a type 2 patient although the tests done by specialist prove inconclusive and they think I maybe slow onset type 1, I digress.
I recently have had nose bleeds which have been so bad I have been taken to hospital and had my nose cauterized, the last time it happened, Friday night, my haemoglobin count was down to 8.6 which I was told was very near me needing a transfusion =/, I've been given iron tablets to take 3 times per day and bought some supplements to try and boost my levels up.
I was just wondering if anyone else has any tips on how to boost my levels and any info on blood loss whilst being diabetic.
Thanks.
