I would love some cereal for breakfast for a change does anyone know of a LCHF gluten free one? Found one on Amazon but they wanted £8 and with the postage it came to £14 that is so expensive.

Hi there

Have you tried Holland and Barrett they have gluten free products, I believe their gluten free cornflakes are around £2.49.

Hope this helps.

Have you tried mixing different things and making granola.

I have not done it myself but I saw somewhere this mixture they made out of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds very thin sliced dried coconut, flax seed, walnuts and bit of cinamon powder. mix all of these well and roast it for about 15 minutes depending on the quantity of ingredients.

You could add pecan nuts brazil nuts or whatever to make it even nuttier if you like it that way.
