bs rising after housework

Hi ivgot up to a fasting bs of 7.0 i puy some washing on, washed up and made a brew,checked bs and now a 9 makes me not want to have bfast as.it will go higher.

Never happened to me , but im gunna use it on my missus next time she leaves a list of housework , lol , keep testing , and c how u go , jerry

Maybe you should have had breakfast sooner. Before doing any house work. Did u have sugar in your brew ?

looks like you have had a fasting spike from your liver reserves.

I would take this as meaning that housework of any kind is contraindicated for any diabetic, and we should all be getting the non-diabetics in our lives to do it because it's just TOO risky for us.

Luceeloo- What did you have tea or coffee? Was it with full cream milk? Sometimes I realise a change after ive had a coffee in the mornings and I think its down to the milk, so I just take a couple units extra with my breakfast
