I don't think it's the coffee. I suspect it's the nuts and cheese as snacks that are adding too many calories. I know I can eat way more than I need to if I'm not careful.
What kind of fruit do you have with your yoghurt? Maybe switch to berries.
Yes, that's good advice - the proper and regular meals could well be part of the problem. I lose more weight when I'm at home and I rarely miss lunch at home because I have the time and means to put together something I really fancy.Hello. More fat, and lots more good veg, and regular proper meals. At a guess. And drink plenty of water, I don't know why I say that but there you go.
I like bullet-proof coffee too.
I found my weight stalling and was very puzzled because I wasn't eating too much of anything. In the end I realised that I wasn't getting enough calories, so I increased macronutrients all round. The theory is that you can never lose weight on a calorie controlled diet as your body just adjusts to the lower regime and burns fewer calories so you are back where you started. Start with your calorie target for your gender and activity level, calculate protein as 1g per kg of body weight, decide how many carbs you want to eat (that's the LC bit) and the rest has to be fat. Protein and carbs count as 4cals/gram and fat as 9cals/gram.
It is also important to eat proper meals so you feel full and don't snack.
