Totally off topic but does anyone know how I change my user name. I've only just realised its all in caps and looks like I'm shouting at everybody.

I wouldn't worry about it. Your messages aren't in caps, so nobody is going to think you are shouting.
But if you really want to, you should probably pm one of the moderators.

You would need to contact the Administrator if you want your username changed.

I wouldn't worry about it, I hadn't even noticed and to be honest would not have been able to read it in small print. Welcome to the forum
