Can I get health insurance for Type 1 child

Hi, I would like to know please if anyone here could get private health insurance in the UK for type 1 or type 1 children and how much that would cost a month, and if this was possible could the treatment be done privately instead of by NHS involvement also if anyone in the Essex area could recommend a good private diabetic children's clinic.
