carb counting book

If anyone is looking for a carb counting book.I would recomment the carlorie carb and fat bible 2008. My daughters diabetic team had a look and and have now got a copy for all their nurses and dieticians.

It is a bit heavy to carry in the hand back but has been a great help.

For portability I use Collins carb or calorie counter.Right size for pocket or handbag.
