Facing my hardest days after trying to follow a carb cycling diet plan.

Previously, everthing was so peaceful, so stable, with my ketogenic lifestyle, literally I was 'spending' money with FreeStyle GCMs. Then came that little devil in my mind suggesting "you are feeling so well dude, why don't you give good sources of carbs a try?".

I returned to my peaceful ketogenic lifestyle, but it is very hard when I feel like the supposed 'refeed' day comes closer. It won't come anymore. But I know time will heal, this is my hope.

Just my little experience with carb cycling.

Never heard of carb cycling but you have to give yourself a break, it’s tough being perfect all the time, you are doing amazing!

I look at it at a permanent experiment. You tried something new. It did not worked so well. You learnt from this experience and changed course. It is all good.
