Being type 1, my health and what really grates me are false people who make themselves out to be something when their not
I use my phone App to get weights etc for most of my carb related intake, but
When I use it it says it's updating then continue but I've noticed it does seem very dated and not as much is in it as I'd like,

Is the paper edition more of an updated copy

Does anyone else find this with the mobile app

Is there any thing else so well printed out their available.

Have you tried the search function? I had a similar problem at first until I discovered this.

Yes I've deleted the app completely from phone and reinstalled it tried "search" and have a more updated selection so it couldn't have been on phone properly
