My meter tells me I've had 10 hypos in the past 3 weeks or so. I've had a few this week.... the lowest was 3.1 and the highest hypo was today at 3.7. I've been super busy as I'm in the process of moving house and I'm still working. I've noticed that I just suddenly start feeling very nauseated as opposed to my usual anxiety attack feeling first. It's not until I test my sugar and see I'm low that I start feeling shaky, sweaty, etc when I'm treating it to get it back up. Then again maybe I'm just too busy to notice my symptoms maybe and it's the nausea that gets me every time. I suppose I can be grateful for the nausea as it did cause me to stop and check my sugar otherwise I would've gone even lower. Also what is weird is today I had this sensation like my back was burning... then I do have a few injuries I'm dealing with. It was the nausea and burning back that prompted me to check my sugar. Interestingly when my sugar came up the burning back sensation went away along with the nausea.

I find low (and high BG) exaggerate any mood, illness, injury.
So, my symptoms vary dependent on whether I have a cold (feel more blocked up), suffering from a climbing injury (my arm aches more), stressed (become more worried ... getting slightly paranoid), having fun (get more distracted), ....
With this in mind, you may want to have your back checked out if you keep getting the burning back sensation.
