I watched the programme - I'm a graduate biologist. I'm not a nutrition expert but I have been learning quite a bit over the last 30 plus years and I have to ask - was that a spoof? There were so many contradictions in the programme. At best it looked like a lot of opinions from different people with opposing opinions.

There was one fact - if calories in exceeds calories out, you will gain mass. (Physics)..... any other facts were obscured by some outrageous and misguided statements.

Sorry for sounding negative - on balance - probably dangerous to anybody who was looking for guidance on loosing weight

    Malhotra champions healthy eating. Good.

Then as he has gained fame, he began to call for politicians to “save” the people.

Politicians - Government got us into the mess.

As Dr M grows in fame and $, and works side by side w gov’t, human nature doesn’t change.

He could become part of the Elite or as Tom Naughton calls them

“The Anointed” who think they should make the decisions for us.

I hope this does not happen.
