    Hello all,

I'm swimming the English Channel as part of a relay team in August to raise money for Diabetes UK. I'm in the pre-diabetes category myself and I am currently on a medical trial assessing the effect of a type 2 treatment on weight loss. Diabetes UK provide invaluable support to people suffering from the condition and I would greatly appreciate your help with my fundraising. There is no lower donation limit - even donations of £1 will be hugely welcome. Or how about the cost of your favourite coffee? I'm partial to an iced latte myself, which is an astonishing £2.35 at my local coffee shop.

To donate please text HRBC53 £2 (or your chosen amount) to 70070 or visit http://www.justgiving.com/Helen-Channel-Swim

    Thank you!
