Went to see the nurse for my 3month check up and hba1c done,
Got on the scales and have lost 2stone in 3month, my nurse said she was amazed by my weight loss and said if I keep going it may be possible to reverse my diabetes, blood pressure was excellent but she wasn't quite so happy when I told her I'd stopped taking my blood pressure pills and cholesterol pills,
Just have to wait and see what the results of the hba1c come back next week, nearly didn't have it done because of the bank holiday but I offered to run it to the hospital so I could at least indulge over easter
