Chest Nuts

Hey everyone, I am just wondering do you need to do insulin for chest nuts? It doesn't have them in the Carbs and Cals book or app, so I'm not sure if I need to or not. Can anyone help?

There is a fair amount of carbs at 47.2 grams per 100 in them, and as I am a T2 I do not know about the insulin dosage for them.

If it’s not in your carb bible, you can look it up online.
Just Google “carbs in ...” and make sure the page is in the same country as you (because some countries include fibre and some don’t so go with what you are familiar with).
Definitely not a good idea to wait until someone answers on the forum ... unless you are willingly to wait to eat them.
