I have had chest pains sporadically for a few weeks, the stabby sort, not fun and slightly worrying. I'm pretty sure I'm not having a heart attack, in fact it may well just be wind, but as I'm still relatively new to this Diabetes lark, is there anything more sinister I'm just in denial about? Suggestions please. :?

Any chest pain that re-occurs , you must see your GP , I too thought I had wind/heart burn, ignored the pains and ended up having 6 major heart attacks. Now have only 40% heart function.
So you waste a couple of hours if it is wind, but peace of mind is the best cure of them all.

Thanks pilgrim, I'll take that under advisement, so to speak. I was hoping for an 'everything's fine' response but then I am in denial.
