Call me sad, but I just love reading chinese proverbs. The wisdom and logic in the spoken word can never be underestimated. One I think is quite fitting to us all on this journey of life living with diabetes is:
'A gem is not polished without rubbing, nor a man perfected without trials'
Or another for the newcomers to the board:
'To know the road ahead, ask those coming back'
Think its time I got me coat!
