We have gone from nuts to salt. So here goes.

I load up with salt now and my BP is on the way down and am on half the BP medication I was on a few months back.

In hot weather we need to make sure that we have enough salt to replace what we lose in sweat .Too little salt is bad for us !!!

Nuts!

I ate so many salted macadamias in the beginning I can’t eat them anymore and I simply can’t have salted peanuts in the house, the grandchildren suffer with that one.
I can’t see why cob nuts wouldn’t be on the menu for diabetics, probably high in all sorts of good stuff.

We do not have that problem with peanuts here with our grand kids, both the girls and the boys get stuck into them no problems.

Mine would love to but they are my Achilles heel so if they want them, they have to fight me for them.
