Today I received my new 2015 Coeliac Food Directory .
Am amazed it is far bigger in size (like a small telephone directory size now!)
Due to the many more pages of gluten free food choices and information in it .
In the space of just 12 months so much more gluten free foods choices are available .
Plus numerous supermarkets are actually stocking these making access far easier for coeliac sufferers .
Am planning on letting my mother have my old 2014 directory as she is starting with serious digestion issues.
She already has diverticulitis and is starting to reacting to things with gluten in also .
I am passing some tips and information onto her to see if it can help her more .
The old 2014 directory is much more handbag sized - ideal for her to use when shopping .
